Free Shipping within New Zealand

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within New Zealand.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–20 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier, customs, public holidays, or other delays outside our control.

Tracking details will be emailed when available. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at maar@xtra.co.nz with your order number.
